Service Level Agreement
You're paying us to keep your service running - every day, all day, every month, and all year - and we'll do everything we can to make that happen. If we fall short of our goal of keeping your server up and running with 100% uptime in a given calendar month, we will do everything we can to compensate: you will receive a service credit for a portion of your monthly service fees, and, most importantly, we will fix the problem right away.

We will provide you with complete access - whenever and wherever you need it, as well as good performance and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your service has a team of professional system administrators and support personnel ready to solve any problems that arise; because wondering what went wrong is the last thing you need.
Our Top Priority
We're prepared if a piece of hardware fails in the middle of the night, a network outage disrupts traffic, or a natural disaster occurs. Because technology isn't flawless, the RedSwitches.com crew is available via email 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The RedSwitches.com personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle system difficulties that are interfering with your access to the service: Hardware, Network, and Uptime: We regularly monitor for network and hardware difficulties; if one is discovered, you will receive an email message outlining the steps taken to resolve the problem. The server load is regularly benchmarked to identify performance concerns.
One free restoration of any file(s), directory, directories, or complete VPS file system each calendar month. Backup Restorations Are Free - If your account is affected by a hardware failure, we will restore your data from the most recent backup.
Emergency/outage response times
30 minutes or less, 4 hours or less for support inquiries Billing and sales inquiries are limited to 24 hours.
